Sous chef required for a restaurant and hotel in the Yorkshire Dales, not too far from Richmond. This is a fresh food Hotel and has live in available, salary is upto £35k for a sous chef or £35-38k for a senior sous chef. This is a fresh food kitchen, using local produce.
The role
As a sous chef you will manage the kitchen with the head chef, you will ensure the kitchen is ready for service and then cook in service or run the pass when the head chef is off. This role covers all the normal sous chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a sous chef with a fresh food background, they are either looking for a sous chef or a senior sous chef, with good knife skills. due to the location, own transport is required
