Pay Rates:
* Days: £18.74ph weekdays, £20.84ph Saturday, £21.89ph Sunday
* Nights: £19.79ph weekdays, £20.84ph Saturday, £21.89ph Sunday
* Weekend Bonus: £75 per weekend shift (£150 for both days)
