Exciting opportunity to join a newly established Cookstown office backed by an International Construction group where you will be given full autonomy to make the role your own.

What you'll do
* Turn drawings/specs into accurate take-offs and quotations
* Clarify scope with contractors/merchants; manage updates/variations
* Collaborate with internal design/engineering on technical queries and value options
* Prepare tidy handover packs for operations once orders land
* Keep your pipeline, files and trackers up to date with high accuracy
What you'll need
* Construction estimating/quoting experience
* Confident reading construction drawings; strong Excel skills
* High attention to detail, numeracy and follow-through
* Clear communicator by phone/email with customers and suppliers
* Able to commute to Cookstown
