Job Description
* Lead and implement the strategic vision for the Learning & Experience division.
* Develop innovative learning initiatives that increase audience engagement.
* Oversee creation of interpretive materials including texts, multimedia, and digital tools.
* Design immersive and inquiry‑based gallery experiences for diverse audience groups.
* Supervise development of workshops, lectures, tours, artist talks, and community programs.
* Build partnerships with educational, cultural, and community organisations locally and internationally.
* Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management to learning and engagement teams.
* Collaborate across departments to integrate audience perspectives into program and exhibition planning.
* Establish evaluation frameworks to measure impact and improve learning outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
* Master's degree in Art History, Arts Administration, Cultural Studies, or related field.
* 10-12 years of experience in cultural learning, public programs, or education initiatives within major international institutions.
* Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering complex, large‑scale programs.
* Strong understanding of contemporary art and current interpretation practices.
* Experience engaging diverse, multicultural, and international audiences.
* Skills in strategic planning, program development, communication, and stakeholder management.
