We are currently looking for a Service Coordinator Support to join our team in the Leyland Service Centre.

Main Responsibilities


As a Service Coordinator Support you will work cross-functionally within our Customer Service Team; this will primarily include the day-to-day communications with our customers to provide the ‘face’ of STILL.

Tasks and Qualifications:

1. Competitive salary based on experience
2. 39.5 hour working week, generally 0800-1630, Mon-Thursday & 0800-1600 on Fridays, including hybrid working
3. Annual 10% bonus

Who are we looking for?

To be considered for this role, you will need experience in at least one of the following areas:

9. Customer Service
10. SAP System

Ideally you will have an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, although this is not essential.

You will need to be IT literate and able to use latest technology to keep accurate records.

You will need to have the following personal attributes:

11. Good communication skills to liaise with our customers and internal colleagues
12. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
13. Take pride in your work and complete tasks to the highest standard
14. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
15. A positive and can-do attitude
16. Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the role
17. A desire to be a STILL brand ambassador
