The Role…
We are seeking an experienced Barback to join our team at Babington House (BA11 3RW). Your main responsibilities include supporting the bartending team to ensure the bar operates smoothly. This involves stocking spirits, garnishes, ice, and other products needed during shifts, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers, and tools.
What We Are Looking For In a Barback…
* 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile bar (preferred but not essential)
* Team player who communicates well with colleagues
* Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
* Sense of urgency
* Positive, proactive attitude
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Genuine passion for food and beverage
* Flexible and available for opening and closing shifts as required
Expected Working Hours For a Barback
* Varying shift times across the week, including evenings and weekends
* Average 40 hours per week
