I am currently partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation to recruit a proactive and operationally focused Learning Manager. You will join a high-growth pharmaceutical business where you will be pivotal in shaping and supporting onboarding experiences for non-technical staff whilst ensuring training effectiveness andpliance.
Your new role
This role is all about building strong relationships, understanding business needs, and delivering learning solutions that close capability gaps and foster a culture of growth and knowledge sharing.Key Responsibilities
1. Be a trusted learning advisor to internal teams across the UK&I business
2. Develop and execute capability plans that build future-ready skills
3. Lead and support onboarding programs, with a strong focus on structure and consistency
4. Partner closely with the Learning Partner to execute L&D initiatives
5. Facilitate onboarding processes (not delivery), including tracking and releasing training modules
6. Support training sessions and ensure smooth coordination
7. Monitor and improve training effectiveness andpliance
8. Gather insights on team needs and identify how learning can support their goals
9. Adapt global learning campaigns to meet local needs
10. Promote a learning culture built on trust, reflection, empowerment, and collaboration
11. Brief subject matter experts and ensure consistency across teams
12. Ensure all materials meetpliance and approval standards
What you'll need to succeed
13. Someone who can own and drive onboard independently
14. Experience in onboarding, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
15. Strong operational mindset with attention to detail
16. Open to candidates from project management backgrounds with relevant onboarding experience
17. Available to start within 1 month
