Role Overview

We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a driven and ambitious professional to join our growing, high-performing Project Management team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven ability to manage complex projects and successfully deliver live customer products and strategic roadmaps. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.



Key Responsibilities

● Be involved in the end-to-end software delivery life cycle, from initial engagement to release for all requirements’ scoping, refinement, planning, estimation and delivery.

● Help manage and resolve all risks/issues potentially impacting the project delivery.

● Proactively interact with all levels of stakeholders, both internally and externally, identifying problems, creating and implementing solutions.

● Create, in collaboration with our solution architects and developers, detailed development specifications.

● Be responsible for undertaking any analysis requirements to support the refinement and estimation processes.

● Gain in-depth understanding of and empathy for client processes and problems and prioritise between them.

● Work hands-on with Product, Designers, Engineers and the QA team to build and implement new features that meet our standards.

● Remove blockers for internal teams where necessary by asking clients questions and confirming any necessary details promptly.

● Support and coordinate strategic initiatives across the organisation.

● Act as point of contact with external Customer teams to ensure that tickets are prioritised according to customer needs.

● Work closely with the Product team and to familiarise yourself with the Amelco products.



TEAMWORK:

● Deliver work in an agile team with shared ownership for the quality of the delivery.

● Support the delivery of changes alongside the wider teams such as Test, DevOps, Architecture, Business Analysis and Application Support, including the possibility of occasional out-of-hours support of production deployments.

● Ensure the team are aware of progress through various communication channels such as reporting and meetings.

● Contribute to overall improvements in delivery through learning and feedback.

● Share knowledge on implemented solutions with the wider team.

● Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.



ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

● At least 2 years of professional Project Management experience.

● Experience in the Betting and/or Igaming industry is a must!

● Be a self-starter, leading by example, with a hands-on approach and the experience to handle technical and businesspeople.

● Experience of building strong and lasting relationships internally and with clients.

● Experience working in Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.

● Experience working with External Clients.

● Experience with JIRA or Clickup or similar tools.

● Ability to function in a small team, requiring self and team motivation plus being able to work well under pressure.

● Be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

● Creativity and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to collaborate effectively with a talented, multidisciplinary, and multicultural team.
