A leading industrial real estate developer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee two exciting new-build developments. This is an incredible opportunity to take the lead on large-scale, high-profile projects and drive them forward.
As PM/SPM, you will be responsible for delivering the projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will manage a diverse team of contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and problem-solving throughout the build process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Initially - manage two new-build schemes to completion
* Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the agreed specifications
* Oversee site meetings and report to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:
* Extensive experience managing large-scale new build projects (ideally in industrial/sheds, though other sectors will be considered)
* Strong leadership & communication
* A proven track record in delivering projects over £10m
