This is a crucial role responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, complying with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. You'll be a key player in maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will:* **Lead Quality Assurance:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues, leading investigations and providing timely, effective responses. You'll drive the creation of quality reports and corrective actions to address customer concerns.* **Drive Process Improvement:** Lead analysis of quality data to identify opportunities for reducing scrap, rework, and other quality costs. You will collaborate with engineering teams to implement systemic improvements.* **Ensure Compliance:** Oversee our manufacturing operations to ensure continuous quality compliance. You'll lead containment efforts, develop inspection strategies, and ensure all necessary quality documentation and certifications are maintained.* **Provide Leadership:** Offer technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to regional and site teams, helping them to effectively address quality challenges.
