Organisational Learning Officer – West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service
Location: FSHQ/Hybrid Working; Salary: £34,434 to £37,280 per annum.
Job purpose
To drive change and learning in line with guidelines and frameworks, supporting WYFRS to build and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Key responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to recognise and support learning opportunities.
* Identify improvement opportunities.
* Undertake data analysis and reporting.
* Develop improvement plans.
* Use technology to collate data from a wide range of sources.
* Coach and facilitate teams and individuals to create a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications and experience
* Experience and involvement with internal and external quality assurance processes within a large organisation.
* Experience of collating data and producing dashboards for scrutiny and analysis.
* Experience in supporting a large organisation to identify learning and improvement.
