Security Operations Manager

We're currently recruiting for a Security Operations Manager to join London Borough of Harrow on a 3-month temporary assignment, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
Locations:
Harrow Civic Centre Hub
Wealdstone Centre
Greenhill LibraryKey Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of security personnel across multiple council sites
Oversee rotas, budgets, and operational planning
Ensure safety and compliance across all locations
Respond flexibly to changing site needs and schedulesRequirements:
Proven experience managing security teams
Valid SIA badge
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
Highly organised with strong leadership skills
Willingness to work unsocial hours when required
Adaptable and proactive approach to site managementContract Details:
Start: Immediate
Duration: 3 months initially
Potential: Role will be advertised permanently following the assignment
