* Maintain a central repository for all change management records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
* Support governance by ensuring all communications comply with established engineering and construction standards.
Support and Implementation
* Track the implementation of engineering and design changes across multiple construction projects.
* Coordinate with project managers, design leads, and construction teams to gather updates and identify potential roadblocks.
* Facilitate cross-functional design and construction reviews, documenting outcomes and action items.
Tracking and Compliance
* Monitor adherence to approved design and construction changes at all sites.
* Collect and analyse key project metrics, including schedule adherence, cost impact, and implementation progress.
* Identify deviations from approved changes and support root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or equivalent practical experience.
* Strong organisational, time-management, and documentation skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in technical construction contexts.
* Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and construction teams.
* Exposure to data centre design, construction, or other mission-critical facilities such as hospitals, laboratories, manufacturing, or power infrastructure.
* Experience tracking technical changes or coordinating complex project deliverables.
* Analytical skills and ability to quickly learn technical engineering concepts.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to fast-paced, high-impact projects.
This role is ideal for candidates passionate about engineering and construction who want to develop expertise in managing changes for large-scale, complex infrastructure projects, not IT systems or software programs.
