We are a full-service creative and digital marketing agency based in the heart of Sheffield. We deliver a complete range of branding, design, digital and marketing solutions for a client base that spans recruitment, the professional services, the education sector, engineering and consumer goods.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing, design and digital communications to build their experience in an agency environment. While experience is not necessarily a must, the ability to talk confidently about marketing and how you see your marketing career develop most definitely is.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
* Assist in content creation for social media, blogs, newsletters and client communications.
* Help manage client’s social media presence, including scheduling posts and increasing engagement.
* Manage our social media feed and increasing engagement.
* Gather market/competitor intelligence to inform campaign strategies.
* Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
* Assist with client project coordination, including ensuring timelines are met and the required reporting is delivered.
* Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytics, suggesting where improvements could be made.
* Provide general administrative support to the team.
