About the Role
As an Investment Director at North Property Group, you’ll operate in a professional, phone-based sales environment where results are rewarded fairly and transparently.
Responsibilities
* Higher commission for self-generated leads
* Clear incentives for repeat business and client referrals
* Additional commission opportunities on premium units, incentives, and development-specific features
* Commission calculated on full purchase price
This structure is designed to reward consistency, ownership of client relationships, and long-term performance.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 12 months’ proven experience in off-plan or high-volume new-build property sales
Required Skills
* Strong consultative selling skills and experience working in target-driven roles
* Passion for property investment, financial markets, and property development trends
* Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to manage objections and setbacks
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and persuasively
* Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Pay range and compensation package
Competitive salary and Commission - Base £40,000- Potential OTE £110,000 +
