Job Title: Content Designer (12-Month FTC/Secondment)

About this opportunity
We are seeking a Content Designer to enhance our digital experiences. You will be responsible for the copy, tone, and personality of our apps and websites, ensuring they are engaging, accessible, and customer-focused. Working within a new design squad, you will combine research insights with clear, people-centered language to improve customer interactions.
You will collaborate closely with product teams, provide and receive feedback, and develop success metrics. Your role includes:
* Creating engaging, readable, and accessible content
* Developing empathy for customer needs and challenges
* Owning content as the subject matter expert in an agile environment
* Strategically evolving conversational content and linking experiences
* Sharing expertise to influence overall design approaches
* Ensuring consistency across topics and touchpoints
* Demonstrating how effective writing benefits customers
What you'll need
* Experience working in complex environments, ideally financial services
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
* Flexibility to write in multiple tones of voice on-brand
* Confidence in crafting concise, clear, and consistent copy across channels
* Ability to influence and coordinate with product, risk, legal, and branding teams
* Experience with design platforms such as Figma
