About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a retrofit project within social housing properties across Manchester. The role involves overseeing the installation of cavity wall insulation and loft insulation, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise site activities and manage teams delivering retrofit works.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Monitor progress, quality, and productivity on site.
Liaise with residents, contractors, and project managers to maintain smooth operations.
Complete site reports and documentation as required.
Requirements
SSSTS certification (essential).
Previous experience in retrofit projects, ideally within social housing.
Strong knowledge of cavity wall and loft insulation processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high standards under pressure.
