This setting supports young people who may be at risk of exclusion from mainstream education, providing a structured and engaging environment where students are encouraged to rebuild confidence, develop independence, and re-engage with learning. Learning is enhanced through practical and outdoor experiences, including forest school activities and hands-on projects that help students develop valuable life skills alongside their education. The role is ideal for someone patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential.
