Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Personal Assistant to join our team on-site in Greater London. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive-level administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and performing clerical tasks. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting senior management with organizational tasks and confidential matters.


Qualifications

* Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including the ability to support senior executives with day-to-day responsibilities
* Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and correspondence
* Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling to optimize time and enhance efficiency
* Clerical Skills such as document preparation, data entry, and organizational abilities
* Attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information
* Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools)
* Familiarity with working in fast-paced and dynamic environments is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
* Fluency in Arabic is required (spoken and written)
