Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Overseeing EHCPs, needs assessments and access arrangements
* Leading a team of LSAs, ELSAs and intervention staff
* Coordinating with teaching staff to ensure inclusive classroom practices
* Tracking student outcomes and leading on academic/pastoral interventions
* Supporting staff training on SEND strategies and differentiated instruction
Ideal Profile:
* QTS and SENCO qualification (or currently undertaking it)
* Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and safeguarding frameworks
* An empathetic and solution-focused approach to leadership
* Excellent organisation, collaboration and communication skills
* Enhanced DBS
