We are currently seeking a BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist to join our team for an IAPT role delivering face-to-face therapy across Hampshire. Key Responsibilities: You will deliver structured, evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to clients within an IAPT setting, confidently managing your own clinical caseload while conducting thorough assessments and crafting personalised treatment plans. You’ll keep accurate, up-to-date clinical records and work closely with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your clients. Your role will also involve contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives, and you’ll travel across Hampshire to provide face-to-face sessions where needed.
