About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking a compassionate and resilient SEMH Classroom Assistant to work in a specialist school in Devizes. This full-time position involves supporting students with a range of additional needs, including social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, autism spectrum condition (ASC), and behavioural barriers to learning. The role requires patience, understanding and a calm, proactive approach to help pupils engage with learning and develop positive relationships in the classroom.
