About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture combining expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial, and BAM Nuttall. All partners specialize in designing, constructing, operating, financing, and maintaining railway networks, including Europe's latest high-speed rail projects.
We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our growing Green Tunnels team based in Wendover, Buckinghamshire. The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing junior engineers and supporting construction operations.
You will liaise with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labor, plant, and materials to meet standards, schedules, and budgets.
You will work with the setting-out team and be responsible for the performance and development of junior engineers, as well as identifying and resolving technical issues on site in coordination with senior team members and the Sub-Agent. You will also monitor and coordinate subcontractors to ensure their work meets contractual requirements.
Ensure the team has current information and resources, assist with production of programs, progress reports, resource and cost plans, and contribute to financial forecasting.

About You
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* HNC/Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering or equivalent, with ongoing institute (ICE) membership.
* Knowledge and practical experience in Site Engineering activities and construction supervision.
* Experience in utilities, earthworks, heavy structures, or drainage is essential.
* Own transport and a full driving license are required to attend remote sites.
* Competencies:
o SMSTS or SSSTS certification;
o CSCS White, Yellow, Red, Black, or Gold cards.
