* Present fine jewellery with confidence, storytelling, and genuine passion
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships, driving loyalty and repeat business
* Manage appointments, follow-ups, and proactive client outreach
* Maintain impeccable personal presentation and uphold boutique standards at all times
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience in luxury retail, premium brands, or fine jewellery preferred
* Passionate about craftsmanship, storytelling, and curating memorable client journeys
* Confident, articulate, and natural when engaging UHNW clientele
* Immaculate personal presentation with meticulous attention to detail
* Commercially minded, with a relationship-first approach to sales
