As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint an Examinations Officer who is organised, detail orientated and reliable to join our dedicated team and play a key role in the smooth running of our exams processes. The successful candidate will be able to manage exam entries, timetables, and results distribution, ensuring all materials are prepared and securely stored. They will assist with internal exams, maintain filing systems, and coordinate with exam boards and staff. They will handle queries, process payments, support exam day logistics, and suggest process improvements. Additionally, they will promote student welfare, adhere to safeguarding policies, and activity contribute to the school’s ethos and development.
