At Little Rascals, we pride ourselves on creating a 'home from home' environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. Our curriculum is built around creating awe and wonder, and we place a strong emphasis on staff development. We offer ongoing training days and events to help you enhance your skills and progress in your career.
We're looking for someone who is patient, committed, and excited about the prospect of completing their Level 3 apprenticeship. If you love singing songs, dancing, playing outdoors, and getting messy with fun activities, this could be the perfect role for you Ideally, you'll have already completed your Level 2 qualification, though this is not essential.
As part of your apprenticeship, you will work across various areas of the nursery, gaining invaluable experience with children aged 6 months to preschool. You'll have the opportunity to support the delivery of our curriculum while building positive relationships with both your team and the nursery families.
