This role is pivotal in driving profitable and sustainable growth across their portfolio of office and laboratory fit-out projects ranging in value from £100,000 to £8m. As the Commercial Manager you will have the following responsibilities: * Lead the commercial management of multiple high-end fit-out projects (Cat A, Cat B and refurbishments). * Lead, mentor and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and Estimators. * Develop and implement commercial strategy aligned with business goals. * Oversee contract negotiations, budgeting, forecasting and risk management from pre-construction to final account. * Liaise and build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure commercial alignment. * Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
