Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Building Manager
Working for a national property management agency you will be based at their clients residential site in Peterborough.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out site inspections
2. Liaising with maintenance contractors
3. Point of contact for repair queries or site issues
4. Dealing with tenant disputes
5. Responsible for on-site maintenance and cleaning team.
Personal Requirements:
6. Ability to work on own initiative
7. Good business acumen
8. Excellent time management
9. Block Property management experience is a must
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Salary: Range from £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
