We are looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to work within a specialist provision for pupils aged 5–19 with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This school provides a highly personalised approach to education, helping students build confidence, independence, and meaningful life skills. Key Responsibilities: • Provide support tailored to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning difficulties, and associated behavioural needs • Assist with structured classroom activities, life skills, and emotional regulation support • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure students thrive • Promote a positive, safe, and engaging environment for all learners What We're Looking For: • Prior experience with SEND or challenging behaviour is highly desirable • A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to student support • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills • A genuine interest in inclusive education and youth development We Welcome Applications From Individuals With Experience In: Care homes, residential settings, or youth work Supporting family members or friends with SEND Degrees in psychology, education, social work, creative arts, or sport Additional Details: • Full-time and part-time positions available • Working hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM • Pay: £13.69 per hour • Role is initially temporary with the potential for a permanent contract INDBRI
