About the role
Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer care and building strong, lasting relationships? We're searching for a dedicated Sales Administrator to be the vital link between our company, our clients, and our ambitious sales team.
What you'll be doing;
✓ Liaising with clients & responding to ad hoc enquiries by telephone, email & face to face.
✓ Making accompanied customer visits to key accounts & attends tradeshows as required.
✓ Accepting & processing orders, responds to queries & ensures good customer care.
✓ Cultivating & building relationships with nominated clients, client groups or agents.
✓ Maintaining sufficient knowledge & skills to respond to enquiries from clients who are normally looked after by a colleague.
✓ Working with colleagues & consultants to ensure the successful automation of end-to-end back-office processes using the current ERP system.
✓ Receiving initial customer complaints, liaising with colleagues to triage appropriate internal action. (Straightforward solutions & responses are communicated back to customers. More complex or technical responses are passed to the QC Manager or Managing Director, depending on severity, complexity, or customer status).
✓ Proactively learning the characteristics of all new product introductions to communicate their existence, uses & benefits to clients.
✓ Liaising closely with Production Planning, QC & Warehousing to understand stock status & availability prior to committing to lead times/shipping dates. Such liaison may be in person & by interrogation of a fully implemented ERP system.

✓ Foreign language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
What you'll get;

✓ Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am to 4pm. (No weekends)
