We're seeking an experienced Temporary Head Chef to lead in a busy catering environment across multiple events.
* 5 Sept - Wedding breakfast (63 guests) + buffet
* 27 Sept - 3-course meal (100 guests)
* 3-5 Oct - Preparing baguettes, pies & burgers throughout the day
* 7-8 Oct - Night buffet (~1am on 8th) for 150 guests
