As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion to create a positive environment for our guests and teams. You will support continuous coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting and developing your team to maintain high standards
* Planning and managing shifts to ensure proper coverage and team engagement
* Managing labour and rotas, understanding financial performance
* Celebrating success and recognizing individual needs
