We are currently seeking a HR Assistant to join our dedicated team at the Dudley office. If you have previously worked in a HR capacity and enjoy working closely with colleagues to solve problems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities
* Being the main point of contact for any queries linked to HR administration
* Sending out new hire onboarding documents
* Adding, amending and removing hires from relevant systems
* Checking information has been added correctly by hiring managers for new starters, changes and leavers
* Dealing with any reference requests
* Creating personnel files for new starters
* Any additional duties as required by the business
Qualifications
* Previous HR experience is not essential; a strong background in administration is suitable
* Good understanding of HR processes
* Strong IT skills in particular with Microsoft Office
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to work well in a team
* You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
