As a Lead Cleaner with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.
The Role
* Plan, organise and co-ordinate the service activities
* Have a passion for customer service and strong leadership skills to create a vision that inspires
* Set high standards for yourself and strive to achieve them
* Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
* Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards
* Report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your manager
About You
* Excellent customer service skills
* Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
* A team player who works well with customers and colleagues
* Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner
* Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
* The ability to work on own initiative
* Strong leadership skills
* Relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures
