Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are progressing according to plans and schedules. Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, including interpreting drawings and specifications. Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality standards, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Health and Safety: Implement and maintain health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, material usage, and any changes to project plans.

* Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites within the Northwest region.
