 
        
        CRM Support and Training Expert
We are working with a European Leader in defence who is undergoing a major digital transformation, and has a brand-new role opening for a CRM Support and Training Expert to join them on this exciting journey.
With the office based in Stevenage, this is a hybrid role which will see you in the office three days a week, with two days working from home.
Working with their Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you will be involved with:
 * Analysing the needs for training and support
 * Planning and crafting comprehensive training interventions
 * Planning and delivering user support and follow-up sessions during the adoption phase
 * Conducting regular assessments to determine the level of user understanding
 * Collecting and analysing new requirements and business needs
 * Collaborating with cross-functional teams
 * Identifying new risks associated with the CRM implementation
For this role, the right candidate will have/be:
 * Valid SC clearance or be SC eligible
 * A relevant University degree is preferred
 * Relevant industry experience working in a highly regulated environment
 * Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce
 * Experience supporting larger teams
In terms of the package on offer, the salary ranges from around £50,000 to £55,000, plus a range of excellent benefits, including an annual bonus, overtime, and more.
