An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established small to medium-sized construction and development company based in Kent. The business builds approximately 20 high-quality residential properties per year and prides itself on a close-knit team environment, where most staff have been with the company for over six years.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all cost planning, budgeting, and financial control throughout each project.

Prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.

Oversee subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments.

Monitor project cost performance and ensure delivery within budget and timescales.

Work closely with site and project teams to ensure commercial objectives are met.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential construction or development.

Strong understanding of cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
*
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*
Ability to work independently within a small, collaborative team environment.
