We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to join a leading offshore energy services company on a fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to operations teams, including equipment and personnel cost tracking Utilise Oracle and Maximo systems for requisition processing, equipment mobilisation, and spend analysis Maintain accurate job documentation, project trackers, and assist with pre- and post-job paperwork Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders and compliance with operational standards Support team communication and contribute to HSE, Quality, and Compliance initiatives Candidate Requirements: Experience with Oracle and Maximo systems is highly desirable Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail Previous experience in an offshore energy, oil & gas, or engineering environment advantageous CRM experience (Fieldglass) beneficial Additional Details: Location: Aberdeen (Portlethen) Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, initially 5 days in office with potential hybrid working Contract Length: Approx. 5 months Pay Rate: £14.36 per hour Start Date: ASAP If you are organised, tech-savvy, and ready to contribute to a busy operations team, please apply now!
