This Operations Support is paying up to £30,000 per annum, with an annual bonus. The role is full time Monday to Friday office hours, working from home. A knowledge of background in construction or manufacturing would be a benefit, however not essential. Responsibilities and duties for this Operations Support role: Handle all incoming quotes from Managing Director visits Build quotes on the system, pricing for parts and labour Direct communication with clients on new and existing jobs Manage all the employees vans MOT, servicing, fuel cardsand equipment Manage employee certificates, Driving licenses, industry qualifications, such as Electricians PPE stock and order Responsible for social media platforms First point of contact for employees Experience required for this Operations Support role: Experienced working in a fast paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities Confident with IT systems Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Experienced handling and building quotes Confident on social media platforms This is a brand new role in a rapidly growing business, there is fantastic opportunities to develop this role.
