Senior Building Surveyor role based in Bristol offering £55,000–£65,000 plus bonus within a permanent full-time position. This opportunity provides hybrid working and exposure to investor-led commercial clients across project and professional surveying services.
Responsibilities
* Deliver surveying instructions from inception through to completion
* Undertake due diligence and technical reporting
* Manage contract administration and project delivery
* Advise on dilapidations and maintenance strategies
* Liaise with clients and oversee service delivery
Requirements
* MRICS qualified
* Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
* Commercial property sector experience
* Experience across project and professional services
* Client-facing consultancy experience
Salary & Package
* £55,000 – £65,000 base salary
