Your Impact:
As a Contract Engineer/project delivery engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe and efficient local installations and maintenance operations. Your responsibilities include:
1. Managing and developing your team in alignment with Yunex Traffic's management standards.
2. Overseeing contractual performance to exceed expectations.
3. Driving operational efficiency and resource optimization.
4. Client communication
5. Efficiently planning and coordinating projects to meet deadlines.
6. Maintaining quality control over subcontractors on-site.
7. Coaching staff for safety and technical proficiency.
8. Conducting regular health and safety audits.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
9. Experience in a team leader, supervisory or management environment
10. Experience in a service, construction, highway or traffic signal related industry.
11. Health and safety management
Skills and Knowledge:
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
13. Project or contract delivery
14. Full UK Driving License.
