Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting sales and marketing teams? We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is key to ensuring smooth collaboration between sales and marketing, helping drive growth and customer engagement.
What You'll Do
* Cleanse and maintain customer and prospect data using professional social media and sales intelligence platforms.
* Research and profile target prospects via online resources and external data providers.
* Connect with prospects on LinkedIn, share relevant content, and promote our products and services.
* Organise and manage sales leads and customer data in our CRM system.
* Proactively identify and establish contact with potential customers.
* Maintain accurate CRM records for effective segmentation and targeted marketing.
* Record client activity and assign qualified leads to account managers.
* Update and manage sales pipeline reports.
* Review procurement portals and RFI/ITT documentation for new opportunities.
* Assist with pre-sales documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
* Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, grow followers, and post regular updates.
* Participate in sales and marketing events.
What We're Looking For
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Experience with CRM systems and data management.
* Familiarity with lead prospecting and social media platforms.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and building relationships.
