Experienced specifically in the Design, and development & manufacture of Ceramic core dies, Wax pattern dies Mould tools and associated tooling fixtures for the investment Casting Industries Aerospace and IGT sectorsRoleExperienced in Producing 3D C AD ad models using Solidworks (other formats considered), detailed engineering manufacturing drawings and technical presentations.Generating bills of material & technical procurementCreating and managing change requests where requiredActive involvement with Continuous Improvement initiativesActive participation in internal and external face to face lia i son and electronic meetingsActive participation in the development of tooling quotation s packages .Experience:Ideally, at least 5 years experience a proven industry experience in the subject role or a similar design role ideally 3-5 years experience on a range of Ceramic Core dies Wax pattern dies and associated tooling. i n mould tool designEducated to HNC/Degree level in a suitable technical subject or a Time served apprentice preferably in the toolmaking industryProven track record of delivering effective engineering solutions within cost, time and quality requirements.RequisitesHighly motivated, Pro-active, Self-starter3D CAD experience such as solid works is essential in SolidworksAble to work as an individual or part of a team to tight deadline targetsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem - solving skills attention to detail and accuracyGood IT literacy with MS office skillsBenefitsSalary commensurate with experience40 hour working week, overtime @ 1.5 as requiredHoliday entitlement 25 days + Bank holidaysPension contributionsOn-site parking in private Company Car park with on-site EV charging if required.TPBN1_UKTJ
