Thrive under pressure during busy peak periods, keeping the team focused and engaged The Ideal Restaurant Supervisor: A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills. A friendly, customer-first attitude and a natural leader. Experience in a similar fast paced restaurant environment. Experience of working with hot food plating up in a service role is desirable. Strong communication skills and a flexible, can-do attitude, ready to take on new challenges.
