We are working with a tier-one national law firm based in Belfast who are seeking a Solicitor to join their Corporate department.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Corporate team, working across a full range of corporate services, with a particular focus on Mergers & Acquisitions. The candidate’s duties will include supporting clients in corporate transactions, deal execution, joint ventures, post-merger integrations, and corporate governance.
The candidate will have the opportunity to work within a market-leading corporate firm, providing full-service support to high-profile international and domestic companies. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria
* 3-5 PQE;
* Strong background in corporate law, M&A, and cross-border transactions in a medium to large international or City firm ;
* Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
* Outstanding academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Negotiation skills;
* Willingness to become involved in business development;
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
