We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer who aims for business ownership. The role involves establishing and developing an office in the West Midlands, winning business, and growing a team with support from a larger parent company. The successful candidate will have the freedom to grow the business and will benefit from equity shares and profit sharing. * A talented Structural Engineer with excellent local contacts, known to Architects, Project Managers, and Contractors.
* Outgoing with an entrepreneurial attitude, comfortable representing the company at high levels.
* Background in building structures with good business acumen.
* Experience in developing new business and nurturing relationships.
Responsibilities include:
* Growing a high-achieving structural team and ensuring project delivery.
* Developing business for the office.
* Maintaining existing relationships.
* Recruitment and growth responsibilities.
* Leading team meetings and workforce planning.
* Contributing to critical business decisions.
* Managing key accounts.
* Attending networking events.
* Managing profit and loss.
