Role type: Full‑time & Part‑time positions available
Pay: Starting at £13.61 per hour, rising to £13.83 after probation. Opportunity to progress to £14.31 at your own pace (inclusive of rural allowance).

Key Responsibilities
* Develop personalised support plans for the supported individual.
* Build positive relationships with the individual and their support network.
* Work in partnership with families and health professionals.
* Ensure the individual’s life goals and aspirations remain at the centre of their support.
* Take part in activities the individual chooses and help maintain their tenancy.
* Provide personal care, promote independence, encourage active citizenship and support with household chores.
* Attend to community inclusion activities and support the individual to engage in local opportunities.
Day‑to‑Day Requirements
* Shift work, including weekends, evenings and on‑call duties – flexibility is essential.
* Opportunity to work with individuals who have lived experience of autism – we encourage and welcome applications from such candidates.
