This is a customer-facing role focused on managing key OEM relationships, delivering strong commercial performance, and supporting new business development. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with OEM customers Take ownership of customer performance, service levels, and outcomes Support sales strategy through market analysis and reporting Lead CRM processes, ensuring accurate data and regular updates Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Supply Chain) to meet customer requirements Handle customer negotiations, quotations, and commercial discussions Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively Support audits, compliance updates, and product changes Attend customer meetings and contribute to business growth initiatives About You Degree-educated (business-related preferred) Experience in a customer-facing sales role within a commercial environment Background in automotive Strong analytical and financial understanding (P&L, margins, etc.) Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel This role would suit someone who thrives under pressure, builds strong relationships and can think on their feet in a fast-paced environment.
