We’re looking for an experienced Data & Performance Manager to deliver data insights, reporting, and performance management to both our business and the Defence Client Community. What You’ll Do Deliver accurate performance data, reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI. Act as Contract Compliance Manager, ensuring all reporting meets MoD contract requirements. Support the Data Management Plan, improving data quality and availability. Provide insights and analysis to drive business improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and client. What We’re Looking For Strong experience in data reporting, business intelligence, and performance management. Advanced skills in Power BI (or similar tools). Knowledge of MoD Defence contracts. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Eligible for BPSS & SC Clearance (UK residency for the last 5 years required). Full UK driving licence. Desirable Experience with Azure Data Platforms, Data Architecture, and Data Engineering. Familiarity with data catalogue tools (e.g. Dataedo, Bizzdesign). Why Landmarc?
