Quality Control & Facilities Officer

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00

The company has opportunities for a Quality Control & Facilities Officer in Barwell.
Job Purpose
The Quality Control & Facilities Officer is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the companys high-quality standards and customer specifications. Working closely with production, compliance, and customer service teams, you will monitor, inspect, and report on quality issues, manage customer quality complaints, and support continuous improvement across operations. To ensure that the site is supported through regular scheduled auditing, facilitation of operational support.

* Good IT skills (e.g., Excel, quality tracking systems)
* Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, BRC, etc.) desirable but not essential
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, ideally within print, packaging, or labelling industries – desirable not essential
* Experience handling and investigating quality complaints is essential
* Understanding of print processes and label production is highly desirable
* Familiarity with inspection tools, sampling techniques, complaint investigation, and quality documentation
* Training in internal auditing or quality systems (desirable but not essential)
